Register at JOTA-JOTI-Registration System and get your own @2013.jotajoti.org mail address, send JOTA-JOTI validation cards and search for other participants.
Again this year: play the JamPuz game for groups and collect JID codes within your jotajoti.org Account. Select position of your station from world map and get your registered username as nickname at ScoutLink.
