Miritini lies about 13 km north-west of Mombasa. It is an industrial site near the main road to Nairobi. The international airport Mombasa is not far away, and does not inter fear the silence of “Miritini Scout Centre”
All official steps for the legal and lasting leasing of the area by the Kenya Scout Association, KSA, have been initiated 2004, according to Kenyan Law and Order.
On 4th of April 2006 was finally issued the Letter of Allotment to the Kenya Scouts Association by the Government of Kenya.
With this Letter of Allotment all obstacles for investments and capital expenditures preventing the realization of the project Harambee Costa Kenya should be removed for us Europeans.
