Following the Letter of Allotment the official border stones will be set in the Miritini area. The responsible surveyors received the order from the Mombasa Scouts and the project. Payment is settled.
The order is not yet carried out finally because of a planning and preparing mistake of the Physical Planning Office, Mombasa, Mr. K. Mwaita was responsible for.
However, the fencing was started nevertheless together wit the Scouts of Mombasa and the European members in the Camp in 2006 to prevent the increasing occupation of the scout area by new settlers.
All required work were thoroughly discussed with the responsible scout leaders, with the companies and suppliers engaged, who presented quotations. The required materials are available in Kenya.
